Tarion Warranty Corporation regulates and licenses new home builders in Ontario, stands behind builders’ statutory warranties, and provides home buyers extra peace of mind by offering protection for their deposits and any delays in construction.
When you buy a new home from Matrix Development, Tarion protects you over a seven-year period with a series of overlapping warranties that covers items within the boundaries of your unit, from walls and floors to cupboards and countertops, as well as any major structural defects.
